Friday, April 4 - Rehearsal Dinner & Dance
Albert Dance Hall, 5435 Ranch Road 1623, Stonewall, Texas 78671
6:30pm: Cocktails followed by dinner and dancing
Attire: Country Casual
Transportation: Buses will depart from the designated hotels (see Accommodations page) to Albert Dance Hall and return according to the following schedule:
- 5:45pm-7:45pm: Buses depart hotels every 15 minutes
- 8:00pm-10:00pm: Buses depart hotels and Albert Dance Hall every 30 minutes
- 10:15pm-12:30am: Buses depart Albert Dance Hall every 15 minutes
- 12:30am: Last bus departs Albert Hall

Saturday, April 5 - Wedding Ceremony & Reception
Redstone Ranch, Redstone Ranch Road, Stonewall, Texas 78624 (off Ranch Road 1)
6:30pm: Pre-Ceremony Cocktails
7:30pm: Ceremony followed by dinner and dancing
Midnight: After Party begins
Attire: Black Tie and Boots
Transportation: Buses will depart from the designated hotels (see Accommodations page) to Redstone Ranch and return according to the following schedule:
- 5:45pm-7:00pm: Buses depart hotels every 15 minutes
- 7:00pm-10:00pm: Buses depart hotels and Redstone Ranch every 30 minutes
- 10:15pm-Midnight: Buses depart Redstone Ranch every 15 minutes
- Midnight-3:00am: Buses depart Redstone Ranch every 30 minutes
- 3:00am: Last bus departs Redstone Ranch

Sunday, April 6 - Farewell Brunch
11:00 am-1:00 pm: Brunch

Transportation: Buses will depart from the designated hotels (see Accommodations page) to Becker Vineyards and return according to the following schedule:
- 10:45am-12:00pm: Buses depart hotels every 15 minutes
- 12:00pm-1:30pm: Buses depart Becker Vineyards every 15 minutes
