Redstone Ranch Stonewall, TX

Redstone Ranch is where Nick was born and raised as well as where he proposed to Jaime.  It currently operates as a working cattle ranch and is located in Stonewall, TX - right on the Gillespie County wine route between Austin and Fredericksburg, TX. The ranch received its name from the outcrops of red granite throughout the property and can be seen on the pillars at the ranch entrance as well as in the architecture of the ranch house itself.  We look forward to sharing Nick's birthplace with everyone and welcoming a new chapter in Nick and Jaime's lives. 

From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport:

Leaving the Airport, take 71W/290W towards Johnson City & Fredericksburg

As you pass through the town of Oak Hill, 71W will split away from 290W

Continue on US-290W/it merges with US 281 North (Turn RIGHT toward Johnson City)

At Signal Light in Johnson City turn LEFT onto US 290 W

(Hill Country Cupboard restaurant is on the right at the light & the Best Western)

You will be on US 290 West headed toward Fredericksburg.

Continue about 11 miles, you will pass through Hye, TX.

General Store/Post office will be on the left and a junk yard will be on the right

Slow to Take the SECOND RIGHT onto Ranch Road 1

You will see a Round Blue Sign with a Right arrow that will indicate the turn.

Continue Straight, with caution, as Deer are all around and frequently cross the road.

Just over 1.5 miles look for signs for Park Road 49.  TURN RIGHT onto Park Road 49.

You will cross over the Pedernales River.

Make the FIRST RIGHT onto Redstone Ranch Road, passing between the two Redstone Ranch columns.

Continue Straight- Keeping the Pedernales River on your Right. Drive about 1.25 miles

You will see the Redstone Ranch Gate – Go straight – the Ranch house is on the right.

From San Antonio Airport:

Leaving the Airport, take US-281N for about 41 miles to Johnson City, TX

You will pass Blanco, TX after about 25 miles.  Keep on US-281N

At Signal Light in Johnson City turn LEFT onto US 290 W

(Hill Country Cupboard restaurant is on the right at the light & the Best Western)

You will be on US 290 West headed toward Fredericksburg.

Continue about 11 miles, you will pass thru Hye, TX.

General Store/Post office will be on the left and a junk yard will be on the right

From Dallas, Texas:

Take I-35E South, following signs for Waco – you will drive approximately 100 miles.

Continue past Waco another 77.7 miles to the Georgetown exits.

Take EXIT 261 West, Turn RIGHT toward TX-29/Taylor/Burnet

Continue to follow TX-29W/Hwy 29W to Burnet to 281South

Turn LEFT onto 281 South to Johnson City

Turn RIGHT on 290 West heading toward Fredericksburg.

Continue about 11 miles, you will pass through Hye, TX.
